im wanting to bag my 68 bug ... does anyone in town have one that would be willing to help me out with info and maybe let me check their set up out. and anyone have any info on where to get parts, bags, tank, valves???

Your more than welcome to check out my 57 on bags! as far as to where to get some, there"s airkelwd.com they got just about everything you'll need to bag your ride. check it out

No prob, just expect to pay some cash for the bag setup. did you check out that website yet? Pete's the owner and will be more than happy to let you know what exactly you'll need. also they have the complete setup which prolly run you like 2200 i think.

If you have any fab and welding skills, you can save a ton of money, i think with airkewld your paying alot cause its a kit, theres the bolt on one, then the weld on kit, either way, its going to cost a bit, unless you can fab some stuff yourself.

i like to think i can fab a little but this VW this is totally new to me... i mean with somebody who knows them really well to help me i would totally tackle the fab work.
