Thanks guys, yeah i will work on the bus, i have all winter, and i rolled by your house twice gil, missed you both times, i didnt call, plus wasnt done with the tails anyways. I will give you a ring and have you give me some pointers on the body work.

ok well didnt shave the handle yet, made another trip to the junk yard, scored some CAVALIER seats, a little modification, and bam, i like them. Ill do the tailgate tomorrow and one more trip to the junk yard for a sweet jimmy center console.

Ok lied, wasnt the last thing i did this year, but got the seats in, found a blazer middle console, primered my front bumper and rollpan, now im done for awhile.

Junkyard find, pieced together from 3 different blazers.

my $200 front bumper i got for $40, put some mesh behind the holes, nice

amazing what a little cleaning, and some black plastic paint can do.

i just wish i had grey carpet, oh well, i like it, ill do some accent painting on the doors and some on the dash, its all good.

Well jons friend chavo was selling his bed cover, so i took some of the rat money and bought it. It needed all new rivets, some straightening, and a plate made to cover the big key hole, but i got it solid as a rock and looking decent. A little body filler to even it out and its all good .

did a little primering today, no body work yet, and put my rims back on, looks a little better, but primer was a shade different from when i did the roll pan, oh well..

Thanks for looking out jon, and thanks lee for letting me do it at your shop, boring at my house, lol.

Thanks guys, i know its not vw related, just have to post up stuff, sites been kinda dead. I got my turbo motor together for the rat, just need to take it all apart and paint and its done, ill post up pics this weekend.
