my wife told me and I wish I could have seen it. but I guess last week on the Ghost Whisperer show had an episode with a pizza delivery guy that drove a bad ass bug. I have tried to find it on you tube but no luck. it was called the SPEED DEMON episode
AND the other night on Futurama they were in an old split bus touring the country. it was pretty cool.

My favorite is watching Bullit with Steve Mcqueen. In the bithcin' chase seen where he is driving the mustang, I'll bet you can count over 100 VW's. San Francisco used to be a mecca for VW's of the older kind....LOL!
